Individual training sessions — a workout with me in a gym. At the fixed time there’ll be only you!!!
Control of weight training (fitness machines, hand weights, and other additional equipment) — all weights and types of exercises are selected individually for every client + your personal goal is taken into account: weight gain or loss, rehabilitation or another.
The correct warm-up — a warm-up (general, purposeful) before training to prepare your ligaments, joints and heart for the future training session.
Control of your heart work — I exercise control over your heart work concerning beats per minute before the exercise and after, and the time required for its normalization within the training time. This is an extremely important criterion which indicates readiness of your body to training at the moment.
Carrying out a warm-up — it includes general or purposeful stretching (for muscles which have been working most of all that day), it’s necessary for muscles relaxation and for their faster rehabilitation.
Your nutrition analysis — we set the number of meals per day suitable for you, considering specific of your job and activities outside the sports club.
Creating a meal plan — it’s not a DIET!!! The meal plan is created for a long term, considering your eating and taste preferences. We correct the plan together every 2-3 weeks depending on the results.
Feedback — my Viber, VK and other ways of communication are open for your questions off-work time, which includes weekends.
Diseases. I’ve trained and train now people with different characteristics. If the cases are complicated, the decision is accepted with your consulting physician or with a specialist whom I can find and recommend.

I prepare for powerlifting (bench press) contests with a drug testing in soft equipment — slingshots. The possible ranks are Master of Sports and International Master of Sport.

My system is based on the principals of balanced nutrition and effective workouts
The program which you get will be corrected in a week (as the first week is the easiest one), and then I’ll correct it every fortnight.
The training program will be created for you, considering your constitutional peculiarities, a place for the workout (home/gym), medical alerts, your stamina and strength. You’ll get the program for a certain number of weeks (depending on chosen facilities), there I’ll write the number of repetitions, the rest time + video lessons
You get a special “nutrition and workout DIARY”, which you’ll fill in and send me EVERY week to control your results accurately.
The nutrition plan will be various not to “bore” you. You’ll get a full menu for the whole day with a calculation of PFC, a time when you should eat (adjusted to your lifestyle) and the amount in grams.
I set the real period of time for achieving your goals. I won’t build up false hopes that one can reach a perfect body in a month: to lose weight or gain muscle mass. This never happens!!! But I promise that in a month you’ll notice a significant progress and during this period you’ll be adapted to a NEW healthy lifestyle. And obviously will make a big step towards your dream.
